Becoming a mother transformed me in ways I never expected.

It cracked me open, leaving me raw and vulnerable, and yet, strangely isolated.

I found myself yearning for connection—not just with others, but with myself. I had evolved into someone different.

It was through women’s circles that I began to find my way back. These gatherings reminded me of something ancient, something sacred—a place where stories are medicine, and being seen and held becomes a balm for the soul. In circle, I learned to honour both the beauty and the chaos of motherhood, to trust my instincts, and to reclaim the parts of myself I thought were lost.

Here, within the circle, we honor the rhythms of motherhood and womanhood. We come as we are—tired, joyful, grieving, growing—and hold space for each other. It is in this holding, this listening, that we begin to remember who we are and who we are becoming.

My toddler teaches me about the wildness of life. My journey through motherhood has taught me about the wildness within myself. It is this wild and tender knowing that I invite you to explore with me as we sit together in circle.

Because when women gather, we don’t just connect—we heal, we transform, we reclaim the beauty and strength of our truest selves.
